Subscriptions & Billing
Payments and subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to bill your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe billing portal. When canceled, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We don’t charge any additional cancellation fees.
Refunds
We offer refunds within seven (7) days of the initial purchase or renewal date. To request a refund, contact support@stickler.company. After that period, refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical or billing errors.
Intellectual Property
All Stickler Labs software, content, and branding are the property of Stickler LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without written consent.
Disclaimer
Our products and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that our software will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we do our best to make it reliable and secure.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the revised terms.

We do not sell or rent user information.
We may share limited data with trusted providers like Stripe, Supabase, and hosting platforms solely to deliver our services.

Your Choices
You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@stickler.company.
If you unsubscribe or delete your account, some records (like invoices) may remain archived for tax or legal compliance.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel subscriptions anytime through your Stripe billing portal.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us before filing a dispute—we’ll make every effort to resolve it quickly.
No Physical Goods: Because our products are entirely digital, we don’t require returns or shipping.
